Include your Moss version and a short description of what happened. Please keep assignment titles, Calendar contents, selected app names, personal information, and diagnostic reports out of your message.

Screen Time setup

In Moss, tap Connect Screen Time, approve Apple’s permission prompt, and select the distractions you want to pause. Real protection needs permission and selected apps. The clearly labeled practice mode does not block apps.

You can end a pause early. Assignment work also offers a safety release. If protection is not active, reopen Moss and check its setup status before starting another pause.

Calendar and assignments

Calendar import is optional. You review and choose which events to save on your device. Assignment completion is your own confirmation; Moss does not verify grades or Canvas submissions.

Arlo’s tail

Arlo gently wags while content or celebrating inside Moss. His tail stays still while resting, when Moss is in the background, and when iOS Reduce Motion is enabled.
